Refunds Policy

If you do need to make a return or exchange, you're welcome to do so within 15 days.

All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

Please note that if it's been over 15 days from the date you received your item(s), then we are unable to accept your return.

We will refund items if they are damaged when received, please send us a picture the item to contactlovesfavoritegiftshop@gmail.com and one of our customer service team members will get back to you as soon as possible.
